Our system is built for high engagement and seamless organization. While we provide the championship infrastructure, Affiliate Hosts are the onsite directors of their series:

● Host-Led Management: Local clubs or league managers run the day-to-day operations and match play.

● Duration & Capacity: A 6-week league series with a maximum of 13 teams (26 players).

● Format: Round-robin style (typically playing twice per week).

● Platform Integration: All leagues are hosted on picklemoneyball.com. Once your league is approved, we build the event page, and athletes register directly through our platform.

We handle the heavy lifting of tracking and payouts. Once the series concludes, the host submits final results to Pickle Money Ball, and we take care of the rest:

● Leaderboard Points: Every match earns points toward official standing for Regional Qualifier eligibility.

● Official Nominations: Participation includes one free nomination to kickstart a player’s ranking.

● Cash Prizes: First-place finishers win a local cash purse, awarded by Pickle Money Ball upon result submission.

● Direct Advancement: Champions and Reserve Champions earn free direct entry into a Super Series Qualifier of their choice.

We believe in a model that supports local growth and covers your overhead. We offer a competitive revenue-share program for every athlete that registers for your league.

These funds are distributed to the League Host (Club or Manager) to help facilitate court rentals, staffing, and local coordination, ensuring a sustainable and profitable partnership.
